Press Release

December 8, 2015 (Washington D.C.) - Statement from Congressman Bob Brady, Ranking Democratic Member of the Committee on House Administration on the retirement of Ed Cassidy as Chief Administrative Officer of the United States House of Representatives:

“For more than 30 years, the people’s House has benefited from the hard work and persistence of Ed Cassidy. I’ve enjoyed working with Ed, on a bipartisan basis, to make the House of Representatives work for the Members and the people we serve. Ed is one of the very few people who understand the enormous task of running the House on a daily basis, including the mechanics of what makes this place operate and the men and women who serve it so dutifully. He’s always put the institution first. I wish him the very best of luck in his future endeavors.”
