On Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. ET, the Committee on House Administration will hold a full committee markup in 1310 of the Longworth House Office building. The Committee may consider the following: 

• H.R. 8281 - Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (“SAVE” Act) 

• H.R. 8399 - Preventing Foreign Interference in American Elections Act 

• H.R. 7640 - No Foreign Persons Administering Our Elections Act 

• H.R. 4544 - No Federal Funds for Ballot Harvesting Act 

• H.R. 4317 - To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require States to submit a report to the Election Assistance Commission that includes information with respect to the voter list maintenance activities of the State, and for other purposes.
