WASHINGTON - As first reported by Daily Caller today, Committee on House Administration's Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman Barry Loudermilk (GA-11) requested that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis disclose communications with Cassidy Hutchinson. The Subcommittee recently obtained information that the Fulton County DA's Office attempted to contact Cassidy Hutchinson to seek her testimony.

Individuals from the Fulton County DA's Office even reached out to Hutchinson's mother for potential contact.

The Subcommittee previously discovered a letter from Fulton County DA Willis to the Select Committee from 2021 where Willis requested access to any Select Committee records relevant to the Fulton County DA's Office investigation into President Trump's action to challenge the 2020 presidential election. It has been reported the Select Committee complied with the request, and had multiple meetings and phone calls with the Fulton County DA's Office.

As Cheney and Thompson failed to properly archive and record these transactions, the Subcommittee must now audit all potential collusion between Willis, the January 6 Select Committee, and Cassidy Hutchinson

Background:

In the Select Committee's Final Report, they confirm their close relationship with the Fulton County DA's Office, stating that they are "aware that both the U.S. Department of Justice and the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office have already obtained information relevant to these matters, including from the Committee directly."

The Select Committee failed to properly archive as many as 900 interview summaries or transcripts, over one terabyte of digital data, and over 100 deleted or encrypted documents.

The House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight is working to determine what documents were not properly archived, in order to conduct a full investigation and publish the full truth for the American people to see what happened on January 6, 2021.
